Corten steel and vegetal elements
350 x 150 x 70 cm.
Barbastro, Huesca

Inspired by the urban morphology of the municipality of Barbastro, the Green-City proposal alludes to its planimetry and its natural and environmental surroundings by creating three large flowerbeds that recreate an abstraction of the urban fabric of the town. The metallic weave of the Corten steel is interwoven with the warp of the natural grass, generating a strong and lively contrast that reflects the balance between nature and city that the city possesses. A more spatial element, which can be used as a space for rest and meditation, stitches the whole ensemble together, interpreting the urban fabric three-dimensionally.
